This is a new char, Devika.
She's a lamia. She looks all cute and adorable...but that's just a disguise. She'll eat your baby or suck your blood if you piss her off enough.
This is the 2nd pic I've done of her finished design...but I''m still not sure on the color scheme. Not sure where I want to go with it.
