Fox and Callie 2004

Yeah... I couldn't think of a better title. I'm tired...

So... pointed out the other day that I don't draw many Fox and Callie pictures. Then pointed at the couple of pics that I DID draw that Fox plastered on the wall near his computer. She is very right. I don't draw much of those two together.
Which is odd because it's our main characters and they're pretty much fursonas of ourselves.

So when I decided that I should work on some sort of art tonight I worked on this pic. Which has been sitting in my sketchbook for at least 2 months and on my HD half colored for at least a month. Yesss....

I wanted to do some bright and watercolory type thing with this one. But apparently I'm too dark and dramatic and it came out like this.

I'm not sure about the shadowy blue thing. I kinda like it. I dunno tho. Fox likes it. So I leave it.
I was originally going to make like... a second light source... but that happened instead.

As for why Callie looks so shocked... I'm not sure. Fox probably just hugged her out of the blue while she was feeling kinda down. Fox tends to do that to me a lot. In the end it helps cheer me up. Yush. So blah.

Fox's jacket looks like it's going to suck Callie into some void... and Callie's hair is like... all concealing and makes her look like a twig. But I like this pics lots...
